Rachel Rychlock, M.S. L.Ac. DiplO.M.
Rachel is a nationally board-certified and licensed acupuncturist and herbalist practicing in Weston, WI. She received her MSTCM from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco, CA, and an Acupuncture Certification from Zhejiang Chinese Medical University in Hangzhou, China. On her journey to becoming an acupuncturist, Rachel also trained as a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer, with specialty certifications in corrective exercise, athletes, seniors and oncology patients. These experiences are an important part of a treatment with Rachel, as she utilizes 25 years of healing education and practice to find the treatment type that suits each individual's needs. Using acupuncture and other hands on modalities such cupping, gua sha, and massage, Rachel specializes in treating pain and sports injuries. She has a special interest in mental health and Women's health and loves teaching about the mind-body-spirit connection that responds so well to holistic treatments. Rachel enjoys supporting patients with anxiety, depression and PTSD as well as migraines, endometriosis, PMS, and peri-menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, brain fog, fatigue and anxiety. Certified in Facial Acupuncture since 2018, Rachel also offers natural, holistic options for skin health and rejuvenation utilizing traditional techniques as well as modern treatment options such as microneedling and light therapy.
